Hi,
I have been searching the answer for a while and unable to confirm a question about a couple tethering questions, hope the users of tethering can shade a little light here.
- can any wired/usb linked tethering allow normal on-camera image review while in tethering mode?
(I have tried D300/D700 with wired/usb tethering using Nikon Camera Control, Lightroom, DIYPhotoBits, ControlMyNikon but all of them disabled the on-camera review ability, and it seems it's true when i searched online. I also noticed that only DIYPhotoBits allows me to keep a copy of the files on memory card as well.)
I am also aware of the wireless solutions like WT-4.
- can WT-4 + D300/D700 combination allow normal camera operation like image review while transferring files over WiFi?
If it sounds a bit confusing, what I am looking for is basically retaining ALL camera features/controls (including image review, etc) while images being transferred to a computer, either wired or wireless. Preferably I get to keep the image files on both memory card as well as the computer.
