Howdy,

Quick Comments:

Overall I like the photo.

Looks good in BW as shown.

She looks nice, good expression in eye and mouth.

It is a closeup and I like the skin texture I see (looks natural and not overly processed). Good on that.

I would prefer to see more of the second eye (one behind hair).

I also suggest a bit different pose, as the one shown has a hard line (wrinkle of skin) on image right (from below ear). Try to avoid that.
