1) Fitz Roy - A little bit of evening light right before going to bed on our last evening in Patagonia. Fitz Roy by Lukas Wenger Photography, on Flickr
2) After hiking in through some snow flurries we woke up to this winter wonderland. This golden light would have looked great bouncing off of Fitz Roy, unfortunately it was not visible until later in the day. Fire and Ice! (just kidding) by Lukas Wenger Photography, on Flickr
3) This was taken near the town of El Chalten. These are probably the craziest clouds I've ever seen. I'm from California though. A cloud is news around here. Cloudzilla by Lukas Wenger Photography, on Flickr
4) Laguna Torre - After enduring the wind and waking up covered in sand the previous morning this was our reward. A wonderfully calm and clear morning. It was very rejuvenating as I was beginning to get frustrated with the weather. Laguna Torre by Lukas Wenger Photography, on Flickr
I like the first show quite a bit... was there a possibility of moving a little to the left to get more of the reflection in the image? Still, very nice... The last image is quite nice as well... I just think the highlights are a just a tad too bright though... but very nice images in general...
Patagonia is very high up in my list of places to go see!
Thanks guys! Alpenglow with the sun behind the mountain would be sweet, but impossible! Given more time there I would have made a trip for sunrise. I couldn't really keep the trail out of the shot if I moved to the left.
All the pictures are really nice, I love your compositions but my favorite has to be the Laguna Torre. The color in the picture and the reflection in the water is just great
