Nice capture here, but the fencepost on the right keeps drawing my eye away from the subject. Perhaps the post could be lightened more.

I really like this, but I do agree the post and even the house in the background pull my eye a little. but honestly, not that much. I think it still works as is, although a bit of dodge and burn might help a bit?
