Finally got a Spyder4 Pro calibration unit and trying to get it dialed in. I am guessing this is pretty dark.

Exposure looks about right on my calibrated monitor, maybe a bit too much contrast for a B&W. A tweek with curves would likely make it smoother. I took a pix at the same spot last year!

the second may be more realistic, if that is your goal. I prefer the first shot with its heavier contrast; more 'arty' if you will.

Hi Mitchell, I like the detail in the foreground water and rocks of the second one, but the overall effect of the first one
