Well, not exactly. Been reading the forum for well over a year, but was scared to join in. Lots of talented photographers around here.

Never planned on being a wedding photographer. Kinda fell into a few weddings for relatives because we had a "nice camera" and ended up falling in love with the whole thing. Ended up doing 6 weddings last year. We're Nikon people, just what we learned on, we love all the Canon people too. D700, D7000(for backup), 24-70 2.8, 50 1.4, 85 1.4. Hoping to add a 70-200 2.8 and a 135 this year and a D3s or D4.
Welcome to the party! There are so many people at so many various levels that everyone has the opportunity to be overwhelmed :-) There is so much to learn here and so many awesome people.
Welcome! Tried looking at your site, but what bothered me was how the gallery images go from landscape to portrait to landscape and the window resizes... it makes me dizzy.
Tried to switch it to a slideshow, but I can't get it to work. I don't want to make potential clients dizzy! Going to try and fix it later after I get back from some errands. Thanks for letting me know!
