Nice composition....I look forward to the day when the freedom tower no longer has a crane atop it. I just got back from 3 weeks in NYC, but worked so much that I only had one walk around day with my camera. Your photos are making me wish I had stayed a day or two longer.
Along with the comments above, also watch for sensor dirt or perceived sensor dirt in the skyline (when photos are sized down, aircraft and birds can start to look like dirt.)
Check your horizons too. I am feeling a slight rightward lean to the buildings in both pictures.
I agree with everyone's comments. I really like the picture, but it was over processed. One thing I don't like about over processed images is that the buildings are glowing. I usually stop playing with the sliders when I notice that things start glowing.
If you don't mind me asking, where were these taken from? It looks like they were probably taken from a boat?
