Nice use of light. Agree with the backlighting comments above.
1 - the composition I found very weak. While the contrast between her as the color object and the green wash of background was good, the background dominates the picture, and the eye is distracted from the subject. Placing her in the center for this shot weakens it considerably for me.
The outfit (halter top and very ugly jean shorts, freaky shoes) does not suit the model. Distant crotch level views of full body are not very flattering.
I liked 9, but would prefer to get the oof forground objects placed behind the model. Too distracting having oof in front of subject. Knock down the grass, or find a different spot.
7 works, but again the subject-background ratio seems small to me. Fill the frame a bit more with her.
5 is an excellent shot. Good focus on model. Gorgeous backlight, no distracting elements. No problem with her centered like that. Perhaps crop it to fill more of the frame with the subject.
Take all this with a grain of salt - I am a newb as far as portraiture photography goes.
Thanks for taking the time to look and comment, greatly appreciated.
Regarding clothing, sometimes I scratch my head at what some of people bring on a photo shoot. Those high wasted shorts are in at the moment and she really wanted them. maybe I should have chosen better angles.
We got a couple of good looks for her and that's always good. I always try to do something unique for each shoot and try a few different things, some work some don't.
Posting here helps to see if these worked or not. Once again thanks for taking the time to look.

Never heard of these places
To be honest mate I'm no fashion guru but plenty of the young ladies are wearing them around this summer.
Maybe it'll hit your part of the world soon.

Like this set, esp the backlit shots.
I suppose you guys were talking about high waisted (not wasted) shorts? I suppose they could be wasted, due to the wear on them.
Hey Jim.
Thanks for taking a look. Glad you liked some of the shots.
Indeed we are taking about high waisted lol.
FWIW, the high waisted shorts are all the rage here in Austin, TX, too. If you're female, under 25, and it's warm out, then that's what you're wearing. I think those shorts were last popular in about 1987.
My fave is #1, i think it would look better if you cloned some of the green down to fill the dirt at the bottom of the frame. On the high waisted shorts...I hope the do not come back, they look horrible on her.

Out of all the pictures, the first one is my favorite even though there is so much going on in it. I think its your best out of the set http://www.ovirfh9384.info/images/14.gif
Thanks for taking a look mate.
I like 1 too I think she stands out enough from the bushes/trees.
