So i was taking off a filter on my Nikon 85 1.4d and when i looked at what was spinning, the front ring on the lens was actually unscrewing. I was able to tighten it back but this worries me since I use the hood and filters quite often. So what im wondering is, is this normal?
Mine does this as well and I've seen it with others. Just don't tighten the filters/hood too tight (tighten until it just start to snug up) and it shouldn't give you problems.
