p.1 #1 · New here, a few landscapes from the last few months.
I've been lurking for awhile, and figured I might as well join up. Here are a few landscapes from the last few months here in S. Alaska.
1. 5D2 w/17-40L. Split tone in LR 4.
2. From my brief run with the D600 and 16-35. I am still tempted to jump ship to Nikon as the D600/D800 files have so much more latitude in post processing but i prefer Canon handling and quality control...
3. 5DII w/ 3 stop LEE GND and some creative pp.
4. Another shot with the D600 & 16-35, shadows pushed heavily.

Welcome to FM Landscape. What a great selection of shots here. It's pretty hard to pick out favorites as each of these are well done. I agree #4 sure stands out. The Desaturated look in #3 is different and works. The blocks of ice in #2 are sure sweet, and you handled the sun really well. And #1, reall well seen and executed.

PS... Remember, it was only 3 or 4 years ago and everyone was crying about the QC of Canon... The most important thing I think is to just use the camera that works for you, no matter what brand it is.
