Clone out the trashcan and sign in the BG, if it's available add a little more space below the couple

Might want to see how it looks in black and white, it might add a bit more mood to it.

^ Vy. Nice shot. agree with above. Get rid of the trash can and whittle the sign off the lamp post. looks like another green sign on another pole on the left. A few minutes of PS will clean this up and turn it into something special.

Agree. I was wondering which sign he was referring to. Both were bothering me.

Clone out that trash can and the green sign. Make that background a simple park with no distracting items in it.

Beautiful work, the BG cleanup definitely helped

Maybe try cropping a touch off the right side so the arch is more centered?

Lovely shot! Looks awesome in black and white.
My only comment is the light pole coming out of his head. To me, that was more distracting than the garbage can (although looks much better with it removed!)
