If your shooting RAW it does not matter what color space you set in camera. To open a RAW In sRGB you need to set ACR to open your files to sRGB this can be done at the bottom of the ACR screen.

Silly me... that was it. I am new to Adobe Camera RAW and didn't even notice that text below was clickable. I thought that was telling me what the image was and didn't realize it could be used to change.
