Investing in software plugins make life so much easier. I was able to do this in less than 2 minutes using the nik software plugin

i did the cutouts in PS. then used a filter to create a more dramatic color cast to KD.

i like to apply filters to my cutouts for posters/wallpapers instead of having a RAW unedited image. it makes the whole design feel more dramatic and ties together the whole piece.
