Very pretty young lady. This image doesn't work for me mainly because of your pose, perspective, and choice of focal length puts her head and particularly her nose way out of proportion to the point of unacceptability.
I like the conversion and the tones but I agree on the focal length, which appears to be short in this photo.
Pretty girl though, I'd like to see more of your work with her.
