p.1 #1 · My 3rd Party Grip Review for the D800/D800e
Hey folks!
I don't post a lot but I do come here for info. I figured this info on the 3rd party magnesium grip for the D800/D800e from Adorama might help someone out.
I did a little youtube video and write up with a few pictures and small complaints.

Were you able to resolve the slippage on inserting the battery?
It's a non-issue but just something i noticed. I'm not going to worry about it.
I also never said it felt cheap. I just said it was cheap in comparison to the Nikon product. It is a fairly nice product especially for the price.
I suppose the intent of the review is to provide a little more detail that Adorama or the manufacturer's websites. To you know, promote informed consumers.

Why not just post your review here instead of linking to your site?
All I gathered from your review was the texture is slightly different, light leaks through, and you like it.
Light also leaks through my Nikon MB D12 OEM if you point at the sky and look for it.
