Gratefully for our Leo's, it looks like we are going to have winter this year. These two adore these conditions. Here are Anchor, a 18 month old female; and Medley a 3 1/2 year old male. Pardon the number of frames.
Nice shots. The 4th from the last is my favorite. That would make an awesome holiday card next year. I'm from Pittsburgh also and I, like your dogs, love this weather.
by parden the number of frames, I think you mean there are too FEW of them.
I LOVE these. Beautiful dogs and photographs. I'd cover the wall in my apartment if I ownd those dogs.
Thank you all for your interest and remarks. fstop212 I can say that if you do own two dogs like ours, you will cover you bed if not your walls, meaning a king size goes pretty quickly with the four of us! Gene we do correspond with Leonberger owners in Texas, but their lives are quite water-centered. Even in Pittsburgh the summers can be hot enough that the dogs want to be either in water, lying in dirt, or inside in the A/C.

I can't choose, either. I absolutely LOVE these dogs and had never heard of them until someone posted photos on this forum a couple of years ago. Perhaps it was you. Anyway, wonderful, fun, beautiful photos!
