p.1 #1 · Profoto Compact R Troubleshooting

I have a Compact R 600 with built in pocketwizard that stopped firing.

I only use these lights a couple times a year. This particular light has been misfiring for some time. Last night it was very sporadic before it stopped firing at all.

The green test light does not come on at all. The unit still powers up and modeling light works.

Any suggestions?

Sounds like a flash tube at the end of it's lifespan.

Thanks for the response. Changed flashtube with a known good one. Still did not work.

Looks like I will send them in for work.
