you titled the photo as your son & grandchildren. However, they are very small in relation to the total photo. If I were taking this photo, I would get very close to them and have their faces as the center point of interest. Hope this helps.

That is a very good suggestion.
Whether near or far, having visible faces helps most photos have more appeal.
