Late afternoon in San Diego.
With such a temperate year-round climate, a photographer has to be careful; after work, half the city is out exercising somewhere, and you can be knocked down by joggers, bicyclists, roller bladers or the occasional golfer with a bad slice.

Certainly a Marathon race or Ironman competition would be sport.
But friends from the office jogging together while maintaining a constant dialogue might be considered something else by some folk. Not me, of course .
When I first saw pretty girls dancing while doing tricks with Hula Hoops- or long ribbons on sticks- in the name of Olympic sporting events, that was when I began questioning the whole definition of what WAS and was NOT a sport.
Still haven't decided on some things.
Of course- the only reason I even mentioned it was because I didn't want anyone telling me to move it to a different forum .
