My Mother in law wanted portraits of the kids for Christmas. This is what we gave her. Any constructive Comments are welcome.

I am sure your mom in law will always be pleased to get shots of her grandchildren. Nice looking kids. He looks like he is a handful just looking to get into mischief.

Please include EXIF data if possible.
Take a look at their right shoulders vs. their left. A deeper DOF maybe?
Light is a little harsh. Notice the grey hairs at her hairline that I would suspect are not her's.
Just my nit, but left arms and back maybe should not be cropped out, or maybe just framed that way.

Keep shooting, at least there is no wobble.

Love these shots! She should be really happy. Love the lighting. I especially like how you managed to capture what I would presume to be their unique personalities. The girl, more serene; the boy, more mischievous. Great job!
