I love your shots, but in this one she seems a little too far to the left of the frame. It almost makes my attention move from her to the objects on the right, as if they're deliberately in the shot. Perhaps a square crop would work better this time. Just a thought.

Hi,

I'm no expert, but I love looking at each contributors art and learning vicariously through the string. IMHO, both of your pics look awesome.

Do you mind posting what kind of camera and lens you're using? (I'm guessing a 24-70 2.8?)

Oh and I love the earrings. They are cool.

Thank you, Beetle! I was using the Nikon D90. The good news is that I used the NIKKOR 85mm f1.4 (@f2.8). The bad news is that it went back to LensRental.com, where it lives. I was hoping that Santa might bring one, but not this year.
