Yeah, I see your point, Andre. If not head-on like Claire's, instead of the head turned toward camera, and the eyes left...her head should be left, and eyes toward the camera.
One thing to notice/plan for next time - is the large shoulder. Because it is nearer to the lens, it appears quite large. Poses or compositions where you minimize this effect (only showing part of the shoulder or finding a different camera perspective) are options for you.
Jim, am I correct in assuming both pictures could benefit from your comments? I'll have to look around for some poses where the shoulders aren't as "forward" in the shot.\
