On 12/17/12, we put down our dog, Kylie. Kylie had been with me for almost 10 years. She was never the dog that played fetch, or was by my side when I was sad, but she lived a good life, and it was too much to see the pain she was in (could hardly get up, took very short breaths). This was the last shot I took of her. Used a T2i, 430exii bounced to the ceiling (don't remember the power- 1/32?), with a 50 1.4 stopped down to 2.2. I should have stopped down a little more to get both of her eyes' in focus. I didn't think about B&W while shooting, but since the picture is about death, I thought it made it moody. Any thoughts on what I should have done?
