looks like a peak spike, the upload is horrible in comparison. I guess I've been spoiled with my comcast (105down, 20up) and my cellphone (25down, 15up)

That kills me..... The best I can get where I live is download of 3Mbps and upload of 1.5Mbps. Needless to say, we don't use the internet to download anything larger than software updates which can take a couple of hours at times and it makes it unusable for anything else while they are downloading.

My Verizon FiOS connection (rated at 50/25) is usually ~55Mbps download and ~28Mbps upload, which is actually quite a bit faster (maybe 2X), than can typically be taken advantage of on most sites.
