I keep going from one to the other, this is really a hard choice, but I think I like the colored better. I think there is some very nice eye appealing colors that just make it pop.
It's hard to like the color version due to all the teal in the scene...if you desaturated the teal a bit I think the color version would have a fighting chance. I like the b+w version a lot though.
I think B&W looks better for a number of reasons. The busy background is less obtrusive in B&W. Also, in B&W her face feel dominant in the image while in color, she is competing with other elements such as the bright red coffee cup. Plus, street photography always seems, at least to me, to flourish in B&W.
The last image is my favorite. Her looking right into the lens takes the photo to another level. It appears as if she's looking into your soul...but not giving a damn. In the other images where she's looking away, her power diminishes.
BTW...I'm still considering purchasing your Zeiss lens however your post about failing eye sight has me concerned (see my post in that thread) as I am approaching that age where reading glasses become necessary. I may have to get the 24/1.4 instead but I really want the Zeiss glass. Too bad we can't age backwards like Orkans.

thanks for the feedback. I also prefer the B&W one but am struggling with the pp. I cannot achieve what I am looking for in LR.
I really like this in black and white as well. On the pp, I'm going to plug Silver Efex Pro 2. I love the control I can get, control points are awesome. you can download a free 15 day trial to see what you think.
