Chris - this becoming a habit?? experimenting, I mean!
some nice effects here, especially with the tower tops. the bottoms have lost a little texture in the darkness. always hard to balance light/dark in solar. I have no secrets to pass one.
have fun, tom

Good subject, Chris- excellent image.
I'm doing some experimenting also- trying to figure out how to convert solar to straight B&W.
If I figure it out, I'll let you know. Some of these pics are salvageable . Charlie

Tom, many thanks for the comments.
I really enjoy going through my files and find out what solar does to some of them.
This one was looks very neat after serialization and I thought it would be an easy job to do the final processing.
Well, before I knew it 90 minutes had passed and now you mention it I probably should have recovered more dark areas.

Very good subject for the solar Chris, and nice restraint in its use. Perfect!
Thank you Tim.
One of the first things I do after solarization is to tame down the highlights.
Not always easy or possible. Glad you like the image.

Thank you Lazlo.
The brigs in the round part of the towers are slightly different of texture.
Basically more smooth than the brigs on the flat surfaces causing solarization to act differently.
Glad you like the image.
