Excellent work Lazlo, I like everything about it...except perhaps the two air conditioning units that I would personally crop or clone out.

A good image, Lazlo.
But I would REALLY fiddle with this and make it into a real "Lazlo."
1- Crop it down a ton.
2- Darken it down to nighttime.
3- Saturate the image with contrast.
4- Maybe even add some "grain."
Make it into a dark, foreboding, spooky and dramatic "Lazlo." As only you can do.
Easy for me to say
