Yesterday was a very gloomy day at the lake.
I found three Common varieties.
Common Loon (non-breeding, winter plumage) don't often see that phase here.
Common Goldeneye (males).
Common Merganser (female)

Love the Buffies shot, and great isolation on the Mergie.

Wow, loon in gloom is a great shot as are the other shots. Must be fun to have these as year round residents.
