Some of those delinquents ride interesting 2-wheelers .
I'd be tempted to crop in a little on the left. Those two bits of "something" are a mite distracting.

Tim, it is funny that a place like this actually difficult to capture as entire building. without the solar, it is a very bland building, in my eyes.
