I've been away on business a lot and I'm beginning to despair that I'll be able to get to much of my fall color trip before getting into winter. But here are a few from the main fork of the Williams River in West Virginia. This was a beautiful day with intermittent blue sky around puffy clouds (amid periods of overcast), and the sun really brought out the colors along the river, and the river itself. But the extreme and highly variable range of lighting drove me crazy. I had more than a few panorama series ruined when the sun came out or went away in the middle of the series. These are a few representatives of the ones that worked out OK.
Edit: My apologies; PBase is apparently having trouble serving up the original version of the second image, so I substituted a different image. You can view the missing image at: http://www.pbase.com/dsjtecserv/image/147524959. Sorry.
Edit 2: PBase seems to be having general problems, and it appears my original of the second image is corrupted. I uploaded another version, which is #5 above. Sorry for ending up with 5 images; I'll take one off my next group.
Wonderful fall series, Dave. By the way, image #2 not showing for me. Especially like the first. Perfect handling of the movement in the water. Nicely done.
Cheers,
Ed

Thanks, Ed David and Lee. I hadn't planned on posting the one that ended up as #2, because I still had other versions of it to process. Turns out I should have held off. Here's a version that I think is a little better:
