As for the loose hairs - that's something you should train yourself to notice before pressing the shutter. However, I'm of the opinion that you should only show your best work, so even though it is good as is, cleaning up loose hair should be done before posting.
Well shot and a gorgeous lady. The hair is a bit messy. Fixing it is an option. Correcting before pulling the trigger the better fix. Overall it is a nice shot. Details are only relevant to the images owner and end user.
