I have a mamiya m645 and the prism won't come off, the knob just spins it doesn't twist an grab as usual.
Any advice getting it off? Or repairing it? If possible
It was working a month ago and when I tried to remove it to use the waist finder I noticed it wasn't coming off. Hasn't been dropped or damaged just in the closet
On my 645 TL Pro, there are two actuations that need to
be done in order to remove the prism. While looking down from the
top with the lens pointed to the front there are two buttons
that need to be pushed. The one on the right side first
needs to be pushed in and down. The left one needs to
be pushed towards the back of the camera. Replacing the prism
is done the same way. Enjoy your Mamiya.
