I use the 1dx and use the center point expanded. if i am on the target, then it's a keeper.

i am def not taking as many shots as i use to. to many keepers.

Arthur Morris just released that he is selling his 800 for this setup.....600 v2 plus 2x

He tested both and walked away amazed at the slight edge the 600 gave in sharpness, weight, and focus speed and the various focal ranges available

i was with arthur morris at bosque for a few days. he was using his 800 and his 500 ii was in the shop getting fixed.
