Do we know for sure if this combination is "compatible"? I called Nikon USA tech support, and their answer was that they didn't see why it wouldn't work. Obviously, the person I talked to did not have that product knowledge.

Anybody?

Nikon's web site says it can work with three TCs.

I already have the TC17e, and UPS shows my 70-200/4 as "out for delivery" today.

So yeah, I know what I'm doing this evening.
