Looking for an easy to use camera that takes high quality shots for people, food and night photography? I've narrowed it down to the above two but would love to hear suggestions as well.
At the end of the day I'm looking for quality > smaller size > ease of use > cost
Although I shoot Canon DSLR, I opted for a Nikon P7700 as an all-around point n shoot. I tried the Canon G15 and returned it. I didn't want to splurge for the price of the Sony, and the others are all sooooo close in capability/sensor size, it will come down to holding one in your hand, and testing its useability. The P7700 is cheaper than the Sony, has nice glass and focal range, and takes a darn nice pic... see my other post with photos :
