When did it go up? I just noticed on the last item I sold that I'm paying 4% now...

Another reason to use google checkout.

I don't see any indication on the PayPal site that it has changed.

The charge is higher if the payment is international linked to a credit card.

I just sold something on ebay, buyer in texas and it was 4%

If they are thinking of joining the Canadian Federation, I can tell you right now that we do not want them.

Let them try Mexico instead, lottsa historical and cultural ties there, plus joined geography.
