I see a real story here -- lonely traveler, the approaching transit bus, the bus stop self-advert advises using the bus; contrasted with the rose above his head and the happy seasonal lights. I might tame the headlights a bit, but enhance the roof lights of the bus so we really know it's a bus. I also see a square crop, keeping the center just above the rose and above the watermark. A radical crop would lose the seasonal lights and the travel advice, which would change the story. Sparks.
