Out of curiousity, to those who somehow have their skin crawl at the mention of Chicago, would the title be better "Cold Day in the City"?
I'm of the school that not every shot has to place you in a specific geography. In fact, I'm sure that over 95% of my shots you wouldn't be able to guess where in the world... I believe airfrogusmc is saying we can shoot more than just the iconic views.
The point is that interesting and very photographical subjects are available all around us in every nook and cranny of this world...
