if you want to absolutely have the biggest buffer and fastest write speeds then Lexar 1000x are the way to go. otherwise if you are willing to give up a little but still have very fast speeds check this

I will agree with Lars that Transcend makes great cards. They have a range of capacities and speeds to choose from, so you can make your selection based on the type of shooting you will be doing. If you're on a budget, they're inexpensive enough to have a few high capacity but slower cards for when you don't need the 1000x speed, and also keep a couple smaller capacity, faster cards for when you want maximum throughput.
That said, I'm currently using Lexar 1000x and I love them.
I'm sure it's a good card. But remember that the 800x speed is only for the reading. It's more like a 400x when it's writing to the card. But the price is nearly the same as the Lexar 400x cards also.
I'll have to double check but I'm sure that's what I'm using in my recently acquired 5DIII and I haven't been disappointed so far. I haven't really had a chance to go out and do any big buffer burning sequences yet just a few test runs of my kids running around being kids. I'll have a look tomorrow to check and can try to take it through a few buffer filling runs if you'd like.
IIRC, to get the 5D3 to write quickly you have to use only the CF card, as the SD card writer is SLOW, irrespective of the card speed. So you have to leave the slot empty.
