#1 and #3 for sure. In my opinion #2 is a bit boring composition.

Hah, thanks, Jude. I took the second as the "classic" waterfall composition, and I like it well enough for that. But I was also drawn to the unconventional composition that ended up in the first, and it is still my favorite. It probably wouldn't work for the majority of waterfalls, but it seems to with this one.
