Beautiful and unusual shots, Scott. Great work to capture the sun pillar in three different scenes. I think I'm partial to the last two.

Thank you very much Dave. I think this is only the 2nd time I've had a chance to photograph a light pillar but only the first time getting anything good.

Thank you Charlie. MB = Manitoba and Victoria Beach is a small lake front community of mostly seasonal cottages. The shores are littered with rocks and is the closest I will probably ever get to shooting a real ocean scene.

Terrific colors, and light in all of these, Scott. Love the vertical beam of light in 2 and 3. I'm going to grab a jacket after viewing the last. Great contrast between cool and warm.
