I "found" these wild boar in a small nature park. They don't have a huge space to do their thing but still much more than in any zoo.
Also they were fine with my presence as long as I stayed down at their level. All detail shots are full frame at 420mm.
Thanks for looking. Comments are always welcome.
Interesting set Chris, I don't know if I have seen a boar on this forum before. I sure wouldn't want to mess with those tusks!!! Nice creative comps of the piggy. Congrats on the long tailed, nice shot of him!

Chris-
All those boaring () shots followed by Tweedy Bird? Man- that's a stretch .
Anyhoo- Those are remarkable piggy images. My unqualified congratulations on each and every one of them. Plus excellent processing.
Those boars are suitably scary looking.
Charlie
Charlie beat me to it Chris so I will have to dispense with the sophomoric humor and just say these are wonderful. And I suspect they are mighty tasty as well. The boar's eye is awesome.

Thank you Tim.
It was fun watching their behavior. They were all searching the mud for goodies and specially the big male
would get annoyed as others moved in too close to his good spot.

Thank you Charlie.
It is a big stretch but I didn't want to go piggy all the way.

Thank you Eric.
I have never eaten one but they are probably very tasty ... if you like pigs.
