Item condition: 6 Useable, but has considerable optical or mechanical imperfections

The last time I put a disc in it it didnt eject it all the way so I opened the case to remove the disc and have not put a disc in since. The body has some scuffs.

It has a Core 2 duo 2 ghz, 4 gigs ram, 120 gig hard dirve and Gefore 9400m graphics. The cycle count on the battery is 232. It has Lion and MS office installed. $425 cleared to me after fees and I pay shipping.

If you might be interested, I have this item, I am considering selling:

It is the iPod Touch - 4th Generation - 64GB - White - Wi-Fi.

It is still brand new in its original Apple plastic case, never opened.

I received it in a photography gear / trade deal.

I have not opened it or used it, as I also have an Apple iPad I use.

I was "reserving" opening it, so as to keep it as pristine and new condition.
