I shot the first round game of the 5A Colorado State Championship on Friday afternoon. Ralston Valley (#2 in 5A) hosted Castle View (not even in the top 50). It was a fast game. Ralston Valley scored 45 in the first half and held Castle View scoreless the whole game, so the Mercy Rule running clock started with 4 minutes left in the 2nd quarter. Sun came and went so, WB went back and forth between sunny and cloudy settings all game.

All shot with the 7D and 120-300 2.8

We still have a week of regular season games here... of course, where I'm at in TX, it was 85 degrees at kickoff on Saturday. We're not fighting inclimate weather.

It gets cool here after the sun goes down, but it has hit 70 a couple days this week and it was nice for the buffs game on Saturday in Boulder.

Nice work as usual. I'm jealous, between the hurricane and power outages where I live its been a tough go round and most games have been postponed

Robert, it is weird not sitting around doing nothing until the week after thanksgiving and the start of high school basketball....I kind of like it.....plus it is a lot warmer
