Unfortunately Google uploads through LR4 plugin appears to loose some quality and its further degraded when sharing. Anyone have a recommendation on workflow to use when sharing through picasaweb?
Nice shots. As widespread and big as Great Blue Heron’s are, I find that they are often tough to get really good shots of them. A friend of mine put it this way, they are just so big and their shape is all wonky. I think I like your second shot the best. It isn’t often that you can catch them in flight with their neck stretched out like that and I like how the lines of the background go with the line of the flattened out bird.
