I have been traveling too much this year (10 different countries!) and most of the Earthquakes games coincided with time I was away or booked on another shoots. I finally was able to attend the last regular season home game last week.
The weatherman called for rain, but it ended up being a perfect day: mid afternoon start (4:00PM), some cloud cover in the first half and in the second half the sun was low enough to squeeze below the clouds and give a great light. I wish all the games had conditions like these.
The game in itself was good: slow first half and hell broke loose in the second half. Some good action, here are a fwe shots.
#2 the WB looks a bit too cool. Other than that, they look pretty good. Beckham didn't play? Kinda sucks when he is not on the field and Donovan is out with an injury huh?
