What are photographers using to create collages of wedding photos for blogs ? For example some people will put 2 and 3 images together as one to get them to display nicer on Facebook and web sites, is there a faster program other than photoshop to make this happen?

I use fotofusion for this kind of stuff too you can also use if for designing albums too, that is what I bought it for, but I have gotten other uses out of it for any photo arrangements needed for any reason.
I use CS5 and created a few of my own actions for resizing/combing images. My most recent wedding on my blog has, admittedly, too many images, but only took me about 15 minutes to slap together.
