#1 is interesting because it appears you captured some flicker from the streetlights. Also an outstanding example of dragging the shutter on a pan shot!

I'm guessing that's a radio pole or something on pit lane for one of the teams... or maybe in the paddock on a trailer. But it's only one pole. If you notice, there are 8 steps... so those are representative of the number of blades in the lens.

Aww, you gave the answer away! #1, I was going to guess the shutter speed based on the pulses of the street lights...

8 pulses at 120 cycles per second is .066666667 seconds
