How did you do it with out a million people in it? Great shot and I know the feeling of things being dropped on you there.

Well, there were a "million" people there but when the light got awesome a number of us politely asked the people posing for their pictures under to the arch to leave. When that did not work, a number of us, including yours truly
, yelled at the top of our lungs "Get out of there!!!!!!"

it worked!

It is a great vantage point. The low late afternoon sunlight casts a tad too warm color into a natural formation that is already quite red in color. What would it be like if you adjusted color temperature?
