Took the suggestions of a couple of people and used back lighting on this...despite my apprehension (counter intuitive to me) I really like the resulting lighting effect...I should listen more!

Composition may not be the best, but I was short on time last night......

Nice Greg!!! Looks very delicious

A small nitpick... the garnish leave on the right has oil & sauce on it. I think it will make the photo better if the garnish is clean like the other 2 (there is a small oil on the left one too

). Just my opinion...
